Perpustakaan (atau kantin ya?) favorit di Seoul

Jadi belakangan ini ada tempat-tempat yang jadi favorit gw banget kalo ke Seoul. Awalnya sih karena pas gw dateng ke sana di musim panas, jadi mau jalan-jalan keluar tuh capek juga kalo outdoor terus. Jadi pengennya ngadem aja dan jalan-jalan kalo udah adem. Solusinya adalah gw ke perpustakaan seharian baca buku dan nongkrong sambil nunggu matahari tenggelam.  😙 Awalnya gw emang cuma sekedar tour keliling Seoul cari perpustakaan yang menarik dan nyaman, tapi gw menemukan better deal lagi yaitu kantinnya! Jadi biasanya perpustakaan umum di Korea itu akan gabung sama community center jadi pastinya ada banyak banget fasilitas umum warga disitu, salah satunya adalah kantin yang murah meriah! Makanan di restoran di Seoul biasanya udah menyentuh harga 10.000 won per meal, tapi kalo gw ke kantin ini bisa makan lengkap dengan harga mulai dari 5500-6500 won aja. Wow gak tuh. Jadi kegiatan gw pas musim panas kemarin bener-bener pagi ke perpus, baca buku, siang makan di kantin, baca buku ...

Some 'experience' for my weekend

so as my midterm test pasts....i need some rest, take a breath for a moment before continue my class project bla bla bla....oh suddenly i remember my projects arrrggghh...okay i will go on with this post humm

so as i plan before, i went to Seoul last weekend, to watch INFINITE boys having their encore concert >.<
(oh so cute emoticon....these days i'm so into fangirl thingy...cute expression and so on..OMG i should stop hahaha)

so We (me and Mia) went to Seoul on saturday, it was a not-in-hurry trip..we woke up late and let it be, we went to Seoul by bus at 10.40...i've made an appointment with my korean friend whom i couldn't meet when i went to Korea last year..we will go to design exhibition at 6 pm..so we have a plenty of time to spend at COEX mall..

i really want to go to bookstore for such a loooong long long time..so that day i will make it true, yeah books! we were going around COEX mall and yeah it's not that great as the advertisement said...it's just like an ordinary mall...well, i prefer indonesia's mall since indonesia has sooooo many malls and shopping center hahaha..actually it's not that bad but it's just that i have some expectation to this mall, because of their promotions..with 2pm blah blah...and it's way below my expectation hoho..

i bought some cute rings, cute stickers from iconic to decorate my diary (hahahah), a pencil cap set, and bigbang album for my sister. then i went to the bookstore! yeah....i have a hard time choosing book to buy..i want to buy a korean novel, to improve my korean, and just for having fun..after spend hours at fiction section, i moved to kids section and bought elementary school novel hahaha...i will try to read that book until the end yeah...(i just need to find a time between my homework and projects....oh god)

and then....time to go to see the design exhibition..yeah!..i met my friend here, she's really nice, i just regret not having much time to spend with her..oh i mean i regret she's not having  much time to spend with me hahahaha. oh well....

the exhibition was nice and really reminds me of my major, i mean the activities hahaha



as we plan before, we will stay at jjimjilbang, she also help us to find a nice jjimjilbang...great :)

and we went to jjimjilbang........................................................................

it was totally awkward..we're in a big panic that we really make many mistakes there..don't know where the lockers are..and oh so failed haha...i'm so panic!!! hahhhaa
i even forgot to bring my legging and arm cover, so we went out again to the store and buy a legging and arm cover.......errggggh......and all of this thingy, jjimjilbang and legging, arm cover bla bla..cost the same as if i choose to stay at cozy guest house or hostel...aaaak..but yeah it was really some experience! hahah..
so after we went in. everyone just so curious and look at us, oh yeah.............................i get used to it actually, but i realized we're just too weird, wearing jjimjilbang clothes with leggings on and arm cover and hijab hahaahhah............................even i feel so wrong wearing all this haha

well...and stay in jjimjilbang is really not good for your eyes..i really feel sick and want to throw up when i see those naked body everywhere...............at the public bath room, locker room, mirror room,.......................hoooh..oh well if you see in a magazine, a sexy model with very minim dress, it's not disgusting and yeah it's nice to see, with their clothes on........
and like.....when you see naked body everywhere, all you want to do is go to the toilet and throw up..or better run out ..

oh come on..........

so we stay that night, watching tv at 33 degrees room..it was rather nice, because it's just us, and a couple, they have their own world so we're not that eye catching for them, but then after a while some guys come in and sit near to us and they're playing by themselves and it's soooo uncomfortable and awkward, so we went out that room and choose to sleep................................

well, for me i'm okay to sleep beside stranger, since in my childhood i used to travel around by a ship, and most of times, i sleep in economy class, while my parents stay at business class....HAHAHA...we can go to their room but our officially class is economy class, or maybe 3 wisata class, which is above economy class (the difference is just using a bed cover)..and in those class, you may sleep beside a stranger, so i kinda get used to it..and don't care...yeah...but my friend kinda new to it so she kinda freak out hahaha

we woke up so early ( very different if we stay in our dorm haha) maybe because it's so noisy and we're kind of in high awareness mode that day..
we were...thinking...should we take a shower or not....then we choose yes...we keep a distance and promise not to look at each other hahahahah...and it's very an awkward moment....thanks god it's all the past now :))))

after that..i'm so relieved, happy, excited, because it's all going through...we will go out from this place yeah haha......

 yup..that was a 'nice'.. experience....hahha

after that, we split up, i went to infinite concert and my friend went around seoul by herself..

i will post infinite concert story in a different post hahhahaha

Disamperin aliran di Korea

Salah satu pengalaman yang gw dapatkan selama trip sebulan lamanya di Korea selama musim gugur ini adalah disamperin cult atau aliran tertentu. Jadi memang di Korea itu seperti jadi surga buat aliran-aliran agama baru tumbuh, mungkin udah pada pernah juga nonton dokumenter salah satu aliran gereja di Korea yang lumayan terkenal sesatnya. Gw gak tau kenapa pastinya banyak aliran-aliran baru atau aliran sesat muncul di Korea, ada beberapa hipotesis tapi ya masih hasil pemikiran gw aja. Dari jaman dulu sampe sekarang kayak masih gak berubah aja. Sebagai catatan, dulu salah satu aliran sesat sempat masuk ke lingkungan kampus tempat gw pertukaran pelajar di Korea. Di situ mereka emang nargetin mahasiswa asing. Modusnya adalah sebagai mahasiswa asing kita diajak volunteer, ada kelas bahasa, ada kunjungan ke panti jompo, dll. Nanti selama kegiatan itu kita akan pakai atribut tertentu, dan mengucapkan yel-yel terselubung yang dianggap bagian dari dokumentasi saja. Hasil dokumentasi berupa foto...

Yang kayak gini-gini mendingan gausah dipikirin deh, buang-buang kapasitas otak

Sebenernya gak begitu niat untuk nonton DAY6 di Forever Young Finale. Antara masih bekas-bekas trauma m*c*m* (padahal gak nonton dan gak beli tiket buat konser additional di Jakarta kemarin, tapi sebagai sesama warga Indonesia aja udah meninggalkan trauma mendalam), terus juga masih rasa males karena artisnya diem-diem aje di tengah huru-hara ini. Tapi karena kebetulan emang mau ke Seoul buat nonton Xdinary Heroes, dan tanggalnya cuma beda seminggu, yaudah…nonton aja deh. Ikut aja dulu ticketing, nanti kalo gak mood tiba-tiba yaudah dijual aja. Tapi ya tetep akhirnya dijalani dan ditonton.  Pas masih di luar venue gw juga masih kayak “ni beneran nih w nonton DAY6 ampe ke Seoul?” (Karena emang gak pernah ada niatan, buat gw suasana konser Kpop (terutama DAY6) di Indonesia itu yang paling best).
